Among the various features is the management of user groups. You can divide your organization into departments and/or areas and decide who can access files and conversations and who cannot. The flexibility of TTM allows you to set up features for each individual user.

You can categorize your customers into groups and ensure that emails are forwarded to the correct departments or teams. You can enable group chats, set timestamps for each communication to track the duration of customer interactions, control access to files, and monitor who has downloaded files. Access to logs is highly detailed.

Practical Applications of TTM

If you have demanding customers who directly send you emails, you can configure our software to automatically forward incoming emails to specific teams of your employees. You can also set up automated responses to perform actions such as notifying a colleague about a new email or sending a message to customers at specific times. Currently, we recommend TTM for companies with at least 500 active users. Users include employees, external personnel, suppliers, and customers. The service is offered at a fixed price, with no activation fees or time constraints. However, we're working on a customized version for small and medium-sized businesses to support organizations with fewer users.
